We were sold a bad car had to return it got another one cost us both our cars plus 20k. And that cars engine light came on took 3 weeks to fix they did balance tires and actually notched rims for spaces. R cost us both our cars plus 20k. I bought from a dealer because i thought thst would assure getting a car that Ididnt medically have to dump money into for repairs. I ended up buying a 2nd $200key be uase only 1 was included. Also, I couldnr drive the car for over 7 days after I got it bc there was no temp tag delivered with it. The car needed a front end alignment when I finally drove it...another $300. I still don't have the plates and tags 6 weeks after the purchase. More

Bought a car that was previously owned by a dealership employee and has been sold by the dealership multiple times throughout it's life. The front lower control arm nut fell off completely in my driveway employee and has been sold by the dealership multiple times throughout it's life. The front lower control arm nut fell off completely in my driveway in less then 500 miles since purchase. The battery had been replaced while in possession of the dealership, and they have evidence of ordering, and receiving a battery for it but no record of installing it. The battery failed within 1 month of purchase which according to manufacturer occurred due to their failure to follow procedure during installation and they have been a nightmare to contact about service records or anything they're willing to do to help me since my $19,000 purchase has already broken down 2 times in less then 1 month since purchase, and both things were repairs that happened during their possession of the vehicle. Very shady experience. I have been in the automotive repair industry for 10+ years and would never avoid standing behind the things I sell like this. More

Unfortunately I chose to go here and regret it and they put my family at risk. I bought a car within 24hrs started shaking really bad, took it into Les schwab and it had a bent wheel, and shocks were bad: put my family at risk. I bought a car within 24hrs started shaking really bad, took it into Les schwab and it had a bent wheel, and shocks were bad: and obviously tried to cover it all up with 8ounces of weights on one wheel. I immediately called Volkswagen to get this fixed. They called said the tires were just rotated and it’s fine come grab it. I did pick it up because they said it was safe. Immediately no it wasnt safe the shake got even worse. Now we’re 2 weeks in and they are trying to go backwards .. fixing shocks, new wheel, and I didn’t mention they pushed out my sensors on the back had to replace those. Now I have a loaner for who knows how long and I had a EV, meaning now I have to pay for gas at 14mpg from the loaner. Then coming out to dealership 3 times now is frustrating. Money and time needs to be compensated. And I don’t get to enjoy my new car. After I get my car back I won’t be coming back. More
