Was not happy with our experience. False advertisement and no manager ever came to speak with us. Received emails with twice the price we received for our trade in. No communication between employees and and no manager ever came to speak with us. Received emails with twice the price we received for our trade in. No communication between employees and manager. We were told we were getting more money for our civic trade in. Manager thought we received more, said he’d help us but then when we kept calling bc we didn’t receive a return call he said he couldn’t help us bc we gave them a bad review. Did business with this location bc of prior good experience but will not go back. More
