Edit to Add: After the initial review acura responded on here and reached out to us personally as well. I was able to speak with Tom Cole who went out of his way to make us a very generous offer. We were ab here and reached out to us personally as well. I was able to speak with Tom Cole who went out of his way to make us a very generous offer. We were able to purchase our car from this location and had a great experience with Tom and Matt. --- I wish we had the great experience everyone else seemed to have. This location is so close to us but our bad experience led us to buy elsewhere. Sam was great in the beginning. We inquired about a discount for recent graduates and were told no such discount existed. This turned out to be inaccurate, but by the time we figured it out, it was too late. I asked if they would honor this discount since we were told inaccurate information by Sam and was told they would not honor it. I felt frustrated and lost my trust in this dealership and the process so we went elsewhere. I did appreciate the other dealership was very honest about the challenges of locating the car we wanted and did not ask for a downpayment, like this one, until they knew they could get it. I really wished it worked out with this location because it is so much closer to us than the other one. More
