I wanted to try these guys out. Although I was skeptical of the dime or 21 cents down, I bit. Started to complete an app online but couldn't finish at the time. It was only a couple hrs later the dealer reached out to me by phone. Elliot (Sales Manager) was pleasant and asked about my situation. I briefly explained but was specific. Now my situation is a bit complicated but workable. Elliot told me, I've seen and worked with worse situations. He said "if you will stop by today and give us 30 mins, you won't be disappointed, we won't waste your time." I'm thinking ok, I can do that. Now I drive 30 miles to get there. Make contact with Elliot and he says Matt is going to assist you. After 45 minutes they don't know if they can do anything because of my income situation, not that I don't make enough,just how I earn it. (I drive Uber) Matt tells me he would have to get with me tomorrow morning. I said to Matt, seems to me, in this day and age this could easily have been done over the phone, had the Manager taken a minute to listen to what I was saying and not worrying so much about getting a body in the door. After I left the dealer, I called back in and again spoke to Elliot, completely different demeanor from him this time, boarderline rude. "Sorry we tried, thanks for giving us an opportunity" To me this dealer is no different than any other. Bait ya and then if they can't get you approved treat ya like a nobody. Just beware. To me it was a waste of time for all of us. More
