After the purchase, they also arranged a detail for the car. While it wasn’t a full, thorough detail in the strictest sense, the service was good and the car was delivered clean and presentable. The only downside is that I was told I would receive a souvenir with the purchase, but I never received anything. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it’s a small detail that I think should be honored, especially when buying a premium vehicle like a BMW. Overall, great service, smooth process, and just one small thing left pending. I would still recommend Braman BMW Miami More
