Went in for a recall and oil change (I have the 3 year oil change plan) they did not want to do my oil change since it was due until March 2028 obviously incorrect but they refused to fix my issue. Went to ftl bmw and they did my oil change and recall all in the same day. Said it was a super simple fix only took about 2 hours More
