My husband and I commented as we left BMW of Silver Spring that that was the best car buying experience we’ve ever had, and it was wonderful working with Karen. She is such an upbeat person and wants to make sure you are getting the perfect car for you. Karen is not your stereotypical pushy salesperson. She is not only a true professional but also makes you feel like she is your best friend helping you. You can tell she really cares and wants to make sure you are happy with everything, including the price. She took the time to review everything and kept checking in on us while we were waiting for all the paperwork to be completed. We couldn’t not have been happier with Karen and her outstanding customer service which is hard to come by these days. Karen even put the temporary tag on the car for us. We must say the entire staff was helpful including Max, the sales manager and finance team. They were all top notch and made it fun to buy a car!! When all was said and done, we felt great about the deal we got (including on the trade in) and our new car. More

Iso Ebong, financing, rounded out a great overall experience. Karen, Max and Iso made the whole experience enjoyable and we drove away feeling great about our purchase and the deal we got. The combination is great way to address concerns about sustaining the finish. More

David DaVila is the most honest and reliable BMW salesman within 10,000 miles. Don’t bother shopping elsewhere, save yourself the aggravation. His sales manager Max Moyer is awesome as well.
