Quality of the work was excellent. Service advisor to provide an estimate of the repairs and I approved selected repairs. Unfortunately, the actual repair costs were significantly more than what I authorized and no effort was made to explain the increased costs. Even though I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years, this experience changed my opinion about ever coming back. The service advisor followed up with me to try to understand what went wrong. After sharing my experience, she agreed the price change should never happen and committed to making things right by honoring the original estimate. Based on her response and the subsequent partial refund, I am once again a loyal Gullo customer. More
