I was very disappointed. My vehicle was towed to your facility on Thursday evening and I left two notes stating that the battery and alternator were not functioning. However, My vehicle was towed to your facility on Thursday evening and I left two notes stating that the battery and alternator were not functioning. However, it took your service department until late Tuesday afternoon to determine that the battery and alternator was the problem and they needed to be replaced. I had already contacted my regular mechanic to inquire about the labor and new parts cost for replacing with new battery and alternator for that particular vehicle. The cost from Gullo was over $1100.00 more. There is no doubt in my mind that Gullo took heavy advantage of the situation. The vehicle was ready for pickup until Wednesday. More
