I bought a used 2020 Toyota Highlander. I flew from Michigan to pick it up with my son. My experience was horrible. The sales guy was excellent. He picked my son and I up from the airport a I flew from Michigan to pick it up with my son. My experience was horrible. The sales guy was excellent. He picked my son and I up from the airport and made sure we were comfortable. But once we walked into the dealership is when things went downhill. The dealership had more than enough time to prepare the vehicle for pickup.But nothing was ready. We sat for hours waiting on people. The sales guy apologized. Not his fault. I did my own financing and brought a cashiers check so it’s not like I had to wait for an approval. Vehicle hadn’t been prepped or cleaned at all. Had to wait around, so sales guy went and pulled it early so we could test drive it. Then took back to them after test drive. Vehicle drove nice. Then got back and waited another 1.5 hours to have people check us out and to get on road. Total waiting time was almost 3 hours from the time we walked into the dealership. Once again we had the cashiers check and was ready to go. They had over a week to prepare for us coming into town. Very disappointed. Odometer was wrong on advertisement. 21K was on advertisement and then got to dealership the odometer said 24K miles. They wouldn’t adjust the price since the value was less. But I’m like ok that’s fine tired of waiting let’s just go. Another disappointment was also none of the paperwork was ready and had to wait around for 30 some page of paperwork to be printed off. My credit union even communicated with the dealership to have everything approved for loan on my end and noone knew what was going on even after waiting at a table with my son. They also tell you lifetime power train warranty. But I had questions about the warranty and was totally cut off and told it was on the paperwork and on one could answer my questions. Then looking at the paperwork for warranty another disappointment the word” limited” power train warranty. I didn’t buy the vehicle for the warranty but I knew what I was buying. Instead of trying to pull a fast one on me The point is the dealership could have been more descriptive on the warranty. Happy with the vehicle but not dealership. More

The dealership was amazingly clean and organized. Very state of the art. We made an out of state purchase and did most of the paperwork questions before we even got there. I felt comfortable with all the buttons and knobs by the time we drove back to SC. Did I mention, Sport Auto Group had the best price on this car in 3 states? It was worth the trip. if you need a Mazda, this is the place to go! More
