Ashley was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. Even though the vehicle was certified I had a pre sale inspection and found the battery needed replacing. Ashley just asked for the paperwork and they replaced the battery. I purchased the car from out of state and when I got home my wife noticed a poor touch up job on the side mirror. I sent Ashley a picture and they are going to reimburse me for the repairs. The best part of the deal was the agreed upon OTD price. This is the ONLY dealership that was willing to negotiate with me, and I put in offers at about 6 others. Thank you Ashley and thank you Sport Mazda! More
