Ms. Gartmann is a phenomenal advisor to work with. She knows that I am still a college student, and she showed that she was completely aware that I have been going through so many adaptations in terms of knows that I am still a college student, and she showed that she was completely aware that I have been going through so many adaptations in terms of jobs, school, and DRIVING oh so many miles. She has given me her expertise on what services needed to come first, since my Nissan is around 90k miles, and I just can't thank her enough. I will definitely be coming back for my services on my vehicles on Fridays when I don't have classes, and for when I want to spend some time in Roanoke. More

Service dept. is ripoff. $200 to tell me the problem which any bone head would have known. Then. $800 more to fix it. Did it myself in an hour. I asked them to diagnose and repair the A/C my car and they performed the service once and told me it was fixed (2 days later). When I picked my vehicle up, it was not fixed. One day later, I noticed dama they performed the service once and told me it was fixed (2 days later). When I picked my vehicle up, it was not fixed. One day later, I noticed damage to my car that was not there when I dropped it off to them. Two weeks later, I was able to drop off and pick up my car with working A/C. More

What was promised was not delivered. Quite disappointing. Meghan tried to convince me being in the wrong while it was her who didn’t check things physically before handing car over to me Quite disappointing.
