The first I went there to inquire about a SUV my husband met a gentleman that gave us a warm welcome and was very truthful about the information he had provided to us. The SUV we thought we will buy was not available at the time. He let us know ahead of time when it might become available and promise to call us when it becomes available, and he kept his promise. On the day I went to purchase the SUV the sale representative whom is Andrei was so patient answering our questions and dedicated helping us making the best choice. He took time to go to every miniscus detail about the SUV that we ended up taking. Without him we could have not made such great choice. I like the fact that he didn't see us as a way to make another sale, but as a new potential Chevy family. His personal and interpersonal skills definitely are really a plus to Bical.
