Valley Honda sales people are bit different than those at most Honda dealers in the Chicago area. Maybe it's because they're employee owned but they seem more professional, more well trained. My sales person was Megha and she was extremely prompt, from the first email I sent asking for a quote, to follow ups all the way to when I was picking up the car and leaving with it. I really appreciated the transparency in the sales process. There was no pressure to add on things I didn't want, no hidden fees that showed up as we were signing the paperwork. I would definitely do business with them again. I can't talk about their service department because we haven't used it, but the sales department is exceptional. More
