I had been shopping for my 2023 Tiguan for a while; the particular trim level that I was looking for had been in short supply, so I had visited several dealers. When I reached out to them, I found out that our previous salesperson was still there; I originally thought he had retired. Once I connected with Kevin Mullin, everything went very smoothly! Kevin was super responsive to our needs; he was honest and frank about our options and very clear and responsive to us on all the next steps. He even saved us some money by configuring the options that we wanted, which was something that no one else at any other dealer had offered. Kevin's extensive VW sales experience, as well as our prior relationship (we bought our first then-top-of-the-line 2000 Passat GLX 4-Motion from him many years ago) was key to a successful and painless end-to-end purchase process. We also appreciated Eli Hanna's patience and flexibility in the closing and financing process. More
