Superb service My engine light was on and my abs module was malfunctioning, so I took my car to a repair shop a friend had recommended. They had the car for 3 days and I heard nothing from them, so I went to the shop and found they hadn’t even looked at it. So, I decided to take it to Sutton Ford. I was planning to go out of town so I wanted to drop it off before my scheduled appointment. The young lady in appointments was very pleasant and gracious. She worked it out so I could drop it off ahead of time. Upon arrival I was greeted and referred to Melissa, who took down all my information and then checked my car. She was very pleasant, professional and thorough. The next day, she texted me and explained what the problems were with the car and gave me options. I picked up my car several days later. It had been washed, cleaned and repaired. Melissa then followed up with me several days later to see how my car was doing and if I was satisfied. I am very pleased with with the service and especially with Melissa, who did an outstanding job. The cashier was very pleasant also. Thank you! More
