I brought my car in to get a trailer hitch instal The service coordinators are very good communicators and the whole team went the extra mile for me. I brought my car in to get a trailer hitch installed (I wanted all Subaru parts) and happened to be having an issue with a tire. They found a nail in it and patched the tire at no charge which was an “above and beyond” move in my book. I had already committed ~$800 without blinking on the trailer hitch and wouldn’t have argued if I was charged to patch the tire, but my service coordinator was savvy enough to see it was one of those things that’s worth more in the long run by letting it go. Having owned Fords in the past and relied on dealer service from a place that starts with “F” and ends in “red Beans” I can say for comparison sake that had I been in a similar situation as this back in those days the outcome would’ve been far inferior. At a less scrupulous dealership I would’ve been charged through the nose for the tire patch and anything else they could think of doing a “courtesy replacement” of while investigating the tire, and I would’ve been staring down a $1200 bill when I was only prepared for $800. The folks at Concord Subaru know how to take care of customers without giving away the farm! They passed on maybe $25 worth of profit on the tire patch but I left feeling like they saved me $400. Oh and they washed my car at no charge!!! I didn’t know that was thing at Concordville Subaru and I actually almost walked past my car when I went to pick it up because it was so clean I didn’t recognize it! More
