Melissa is a longtime resident of Hopewell Junction. After majoring and receiving her degree from Pittsburgh in Business & Travel Industry, she spent the next 15 years fulfilling people’s desire to see the world…and even managed to rack up an impressive list of wonderful vacation memories of her own. Melissa is the proud mother of four wonderful children; 2 boys, Peter & Louie and 2 girls, Adriana and Vanessa. While raising her four children, Melissa still managed to fulfill her position as travel consultant as one of the first telecommuters in her large firm. Melissa joined the DCH team approximately six years ago, knowing that her experience in working with people would translate seamlessly to the automotive industry. (She was correct!) When away from work, Melissa enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, movies and reading. “I enjoy that face-to-face process of working with customers. It’s comfortable for me…and it ensures that they receive the attention

Melissa took the time to give us all the options and wasn't pushy. We ended up getting a brand new Toyota Highlander that I LOVE & it was affordable. She even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked & was set up properly. Due to their friendly and welcoming spirits, we will definitely be visiting Melissa and Rob for any future motor vehicle purchase. Rob was also very helpful with finalizing our purchase. He made sure that we received the best rate on our loan. I even went back to have my automatic starter installed and had to go say hello to Melissa. I highly recommend this location. It was a pleasure doing business with them both. More

New Car We went there looking for a new car and were able to purchase the managers demo car. Which was awesome because it was a great price. Overall great ser We went there looking for a new car and were able to purchase the managers demo car. Which was awesome because it was a great price. Overall great service from Melissa. She is very patient and will fight for her customers. She is very honest and gets the job done! Pinkal on the other hand makes false promises. We bought a demo car and my concern was that is had some scratches and such. Pinkal told me everything would be taken care of. When we went to pick up the car some stuff was done and not everything. Daryl then old us your buying a used car technically so not everything can be done. The gob they did was a crappy one. Just just annoying when people promise you things and its not taken care of. We still got the car but there some dings that are on the care that were not taken care of. More

She is a straight shooter, and made our experience comfortable and essentially stress free. Last year, we purchased a RAV4 from her, and once again, it was a fantastic experience. This week, we returned our 2016 Corolla lease and leased a 2018 Corolla. Of course, we just had to work with Melissa again! There is no question that she will always be our "go to" rep at DCH Wappingers Toyota. Thank you Melissa for giving us a consistently amazing experience!! More
