I spent some time online checking out the website reviewing the various packages and photos available before coming in to the dealership. At the dealership I met with Melissa who was very knowledgeable and genuinely enthusiastic about the car and all it's new features. She went through all the packages again with me and made sure I got everything I wanted. A couple of days later my husband came in, Melissa went through all the specs with him with the same upbeat attitude. This time he took the test drive and we were both very confident about the purchase of the 2012 Camry. Robert handled the financial aspects smoothly. Overall the customer service was great, I am very happy with the purchase. More

When my husband told me about a certified Toyota Avalon he saw online I was immediately skeptical. He said that the price was right, the condition of the car was great and that the mileage was low. Afterall, who can trust anything reported online - am I right? Man, was I wrong! I took the car out for a test drive with Ira. My husband and his buddy (both over 6ft tall) sat comfortably in the back. Once back in the showroom, the paperwork process was prompt and seamless. Needless to say, as I write this review ~ the car is sitting pretty in my driveway. Thanks again Ira, Melissa and Rob. More

All the people we spoke with at DCH were friendly and explained their role in the sales process effectively. Sales Consultant, Melissa Sinapi did a impeccable job in helping me select a vehicle that best fits my needs. She was very informative and never made me feel pressured. She made me feel like I was purchasing a vehicle from an "old friend". I would recommend Melissa to any family or friends of mine looking to purchase a vehicle. I also met with Robert Goldberg, Finance Manager, to finalize my paperwork and he also was wonderful.
