Mel took so much time with my daughter and I to explain everything and made us feel like we had known each other for years. He made sure we completely understood all the paperwork laid before us so there was no question about our buying experience. Jeff Crabtree was my salesman when I purchased my 2003 Ford Taurus and I had the same experience with Jeff. Courteous, patient and extremely helpful.
