After a terrible weekend spent at Columbia dealers my After a terrible weekend spent at Columbia dealers my wife and I took a chance on driving over an hour from our home to look at some vehicles Herlong After a terrible weekend spent at Columbia dealers my wife and I took a chance on driving over an hour from our home to look at some vehicles Herlong had on their website. At the Columbia dealers we experienced the typical High-Pressure sales tactics and nonsense plus some inaccuracies on the dealer's own websites regarding the vehicles we were there to possibly purchase. At Herlong we encountered a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Our salesman CJ made us feel at home and worked with us literally all day. He never once pressured us or tried to steer us in any certain direction. We test drove at least 7 vehicles of various types and never once felt like we were a bother or a burden. CJ and Herlong went above and beyond when it came to the vehicle we purchased, making sure that everything was in working order since we were purchasing a previously owned vehicle. He and the rest of the people at Herlong were happy to let us do what we needed to do to find the right vehicle for us. We actually felt good when we got home and the next day had no buyers remorse about the purchase, which is a rare thing, in our opinion. Would highly recommend anyone to buy from Herlong. They have earned our future business and so has CJ. More
