I bought a car from Niello BMW in Sacramento, and overall, I expected better treatment from a dealership of this level. When I picked up the car, they provided me with a spare key, but I later found overall, I expected better treatment from a dealership of this level. When I picked up the car, they provided me with a spare key, but I later found out that the key wasn’t programmed. When I contacted the dealership, I was surprised to learn that they took no responsibility for this. The manager refused to discuss the issue further and simply told me to take the car to a Nissan dealership to get the key programmed. When I explained that programming costs about $450, the manager’s response was that they would not cover any part of that cost. I found this response very disappointing — it showed a complete lack of customer care and accountability. For anyone considering buying a car here, I recommend verifying everything works before leaving the lot, including both keys, because the dealership may not help you afterward. I’m sharing my experience so others are aware of how my situation was handled. I truly hope Niello BMW improves their after-sale service and stands behind the vehicles they sell. More
