Mia made sure each step of the process was very easy and simple leaving no stone unturned and for that I thank you Mia. I contacted Mia late Sunday evening 29 Dec through email telling her that I was interested in a certain vehicle within minutes she responded back stating that she could assist me and advise I come in the next day 30th Dec. She advised that she didn't come in until 1200 noon however would come in earlier is I need her to, I advise 1200 noon was okay. Mia knows the Merecedes brand inside and out each vehicle I purchased she walked me through all the operating procedures as if it was her own vehicle and that is a sign of a professional that has master her profession. In my opinion if Mia was in the military, she would have been given her own Command which correspond in the civilian world Manager or General Manager of a Mercedes dealership. I could go on and on bottom line a Super Outstanding Professional. I keep Mia contact information in my favorites.
