I came in for an oil change. Then they told me my brakes needed pads, front was 1mm and the back was 0, then they gave me a free rental because the pins were rusted to the rotor Then they told me my brakes needed pads, front was 1mm and the back was 0, then they gave me a free rental because the pins were rusted to the rotor and I could not leave because the caliper was locked on. They went the extra mile to clean up the pins saving me the cost of new calipers! What a great dealership keeping me safe. Whoever worked on my truck is very intelligent and I appreciate the honestly which in turn saved me from having an accident. Mia also worked with the service technicians explaining to me what was happening from the brake picture in the entry. If only the world worked like they did we would all be safe and happy. Thank you! I have always had impeccable service from Rudy Luther Toyota. I purchased a guaranteed used vehicle from them in the late 2010's and have always had it serviced with them as well. I waited for a bit, unsure what to do, then finally went over to a desk to ask. Then I was told to wait with the car. I went back, and waited for several more minutes before anyone said anything. I understand that they were busy, but even acknowledging that I was there would have been helpful. Otherwise, great work! More
