Anthony is a true professional. He's always ready with my orders printed when I check in. He reviews the request for service and then reviews it with me again. He communicates when I am waiting for the car and updates me with any delays or new issues promptly. My paperwork is always ready when I pick up my car and check out is a breeze. I have owned six Fords, all purchased from another dealership. Any Ford I purchases or lease moving forward will definitely be from Lake Ford. The entire team makes you feel welcome. The facility itself is clean, bright, and welcoming. Glad I moved and discovered this gem of a dealership. More

There was a mouse on the floor when I arrived and he scurried into an office. I don’t like using the cellphone/text messages as the main form of communication; not very customer friendly.
