It's always refreshing when you meet someone who is dedicated to serving customers. This is who Daniel Garcia is. I am so happy to be apart of his customer base and also apart of this new beautiful ve dedicated to serving customers. This is who Daniel Garcia is. I am so happy to be apart of his customer base and also apart of this new beautiful very upscale dealership family. I was in need of an extended warranty for my 2016 Ford F150 Platinum truck. Every other ford dealership I spoke with or have taken my truck in for service made me feel like since I didn't purchase my truck from them, my truck didn't deserve the same respect as those who had purchased from them. I couldn't get true quote for the extended warranty, and my truck would always be mishandled by the service technicians. It's still a Ford product like really! Not at Lake Ford; Daniel Garcia gave me a true instant quote, honored that same quote a month later and made me feel like a valued costumer at Lake Ford. He made me feel like no matter where I had purchased my vehicle from, it was valued too. I want to thank the technicians who inspected my truck for giving it the attention and respect it deserves. Perfect example of how a dealership should look, treat it's costumers and care for the products that they sell and service. You all should hold classes for some of these other unprofessional dealerships. Just Saying. Thank you so much Dan Garcia and all of the staff at Lake Ford for making my experience, a wonderful experience! More
