What a rare quality for a car dealership - and stark contrast to most other dealerships we have worked with in the past. Our Sales Advisor, Randy Miles, is always available and helpful. Randy is very knowledgeable and provides great customer service. We bought our latest car from Newton Nissan last night. I simply called Randy yesterday morning and told him what I was looking for. He located a vehicle immediately that met our needs and provided a very competitive price without putting us through the frustration and aggravation of "dickering" and fighting for a good deal. To complete the transaction and associated paperwork, Newton Nissan has a couple of great guys in the Finance Department. We have enjoyed working with both the Finance Director, Rob King, and the Finance Manager, Bruce Moss. Rob and Bruce are both extremely professional as well as being very friendly and a pleasure to work with. Buying a car always requires many documents and numerous signatures.
