While I understand scheduling conflicts occur, since I arrived the same time as the other customer and saw the expensive vehicle they were driving, I felt I was being passed over for a better deal. That did not give me a good feeling and I actually thought about leaving. However, Michael Allen introduced himself and went above and beyond to help me purchase my new vehicle. Eric Gets also did an outstanding job in obtaining financing for me. I was very happy with both of them and would work with them again in the future. More

I provided a number, then mike was a tennis ball going back and forth between me and Sean. Then Sean was the closer, basically saying that they couldn’t honor their online price. Making trade numbers look inflated when they were really stealing the trade. Old school stealership. No integrity. Kind of disappointing to be quite honest. THIS is why people hate going to buy a car at a stealership like this. Luckily Florida is a transient state, so they always have a fresh supply of new victims. More

Service department is trash except Dorinda When I come to Stingray I'm so tired of having to explain the warranty I purchased at Stingray. They try an charge me for things that I have covered. It seems like Dorinda is the only person that understands warranty. I need to come back for another issues but don't feel like the hassle. Don't think I'll purchase again because of this. All I can recommend is Michael Allen and Dorinda. . Dorinda got my tire replaced with no problem. It wasn't in stock but that's not her fault. My coworker also only recommends Dorinda. Maybe she needs teach a customer service class to the others. When I purchased my truck they said it would be do simple. That is a lie! Dorinda asked about my warranty be before I said a word. She even had the name. All others would have tried to change me $300 for a tire. They don't understand till I go home and find my paper work and that is some bull!!! But we live and we learn. Won't do it again. Dorinda is the best thing the service department has going on. FYI: I can't render the names of the others I've worked with. More
