We will never buy from this dealership again. The vehicle we bought only had 30k miles and they failed to tell us that it would need over $2,000 in parts and work. I went in the day after purchas The vehicle we bought only had 30k miles and they failed to tell us that it would need over $2,000 in parts and work. I went in the day after purchase for them to fix a horrible squeaking with the brakes and magically it wasn’t covered under the full extended warranty we paid extra for. Shocker. I waited in the lobby all day for 6 hours and they wouldn’t provide a loaner car. (I watched them give them to others easily) And left after 6 hours and a car with nothing fixed. Long story short, they totally swindled us and we will NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. Lesson learned. I don’t even trust them enough to use the 3 free oil changes. I’d rather pay for them somewhere else and know they’re done right. More
