Another Wonderful Experience !! Shelley Barr was our salesgirl at Bill Sullivan Buick GMC last Thursday afternoon. Great experience with Sullivan Buick GMC Saturday I went shopping for a new car. My brother in law went with me. He told me on the way to the dealership “you will have a great time working wi Saturday I went shopping for a new car. My brother in law went with me. He told me on the way to the dealership “you will have a great time working with the staff”. He was right a great professional and courteous staff of people. Shelley Barr was my salesgirl what a nice person to work with. The car I wanted was a 2019 Buick Escort White with Black interior. I wanted a Sunroof, AWD, Remote Start and Sensors on the right and left side of vehicle. The Escort was there with my name on it, it was crying for me to buy it. I have a tight budget and Shelley was determined to get me into this vehicle. Manager Mike Audino and General Sales Manager Dan Szwec work the numbers to fit my budget. My credit rating is in the high 800 and I could have gotten 0% for 72 months, but like I said I’m on a tight budget. They got the numbers which fit into my budget and I can’t tell you how happy I was. I’m still singing praises to Sullivan Buick GMC. Next came the Finance Man Mike O’Connell what a delight working with him, he made this process painless and a delight. He never pushed any items to add and I was so happy when we were done. I’m sorry they had to stay after closing to complete my deal. This is the personality of the Sullivan Family. They have a customer for life. Again Thank You Shelley, Dan, Mike and Mike for making me feel important. I’m looking forward to meeting Victor in the Service Department when the time comes.
