When we came in for the second visit we were happily surprised with the equipment on the car, as well as how Shelley and Mike Audino went the extra mile to help us get the right deal to insure a satisfactory experience. We also found Brian Poteracki in the service department more than willing to explain all the benefits of servicing our vehicle at Sullivan. Shelley also took time to show us how the prices are competitive when compared to most car maintenance providers. Finally Mike O'Connell made the final step easy with his easy going approach to all the usual finance details. Car buying is something I never look forward to, but everyone we came in contact with, including other sales technicians exceeded all our expectations. More
