Excellent experience. My salesman was Michael. He was professional, thoughtful and listened to what I was looking for. He went above and beyond to make sure my experience exceeded my expectations. He too professional, thoughtful and listened to what I was looking for. He went above and beyond to make sure my experience exceeded my expectations. He took the time to educate me on questions that I had and never made me feel pressured throughout. He was honest and very knowledgeable about the vehicles and what they had to offer. Lam was also excellent and very involved throughout the process. It was great being able to work with both of them directly instead of the usual back and forth you usually get at car dealerships. I also had a chance to meet the rest of team on the floor that day and felt that they were friendly, courteous and working as a team with Michael even though it was past closing time. PS for Mr Morse: You sell luxury cars, get rid of the dot matrix. Lol. More
