we went in to just look, getting ready to replace a lease that was ending in 2 months. We were so well treated, and made to feel valued, we decided to do a deal early. Mike (Used Car Manager) was happy to h that was ending in 2 months. We were so well treated, and made to feel valued, we decided to do a deal early. Mike (Used Car Manager) was happy to help us check out some cars and set us up with an appointment for test drives a few days later. He then set us up with Jeff for the test drives and to review the deals and options. We then sat with Bob (new car manager) and got set up with a '24 Chevy Blazer that we could not be happier with. And Lisa in finance was a pleasure to deal with, as well. Elkins has our business going forward, and we will be directing our friends and family to look there for their auto needs. I visited Elkins Chevy in Marlton a week ago. I had been to three other showrooms and I was greeted immediately only at Elkins. My sales person was a friendly and knowledgeable-Tony Dillard. He made a full effort to discuss my needs ahead of time as far as the type of vehicle, model, cost, financing and trade value. Once it was narrowed down to waiting for Elkins to search for the exact match or take a not exact match with a better financial offer. I chose the better financial offer that was negotiated by the new car manager Bob. We discussed financials between leasing or purchasing, He took the time to run the numbers for both and the negotiations began. It was a win-win for me with an affordable payment and Elkins who had won a new happy customer. Great job guys! Thank you! More
