My first time experience to do business with Mazda 495 was great. Everything was handled professionally. That’s why I came back for second time, however, it didn’t go as I expected. Due to their inter was great. Everything was handled professionally. That’s why I came back for second time, however, it didn’t go as I expected. Due to their internal miscalculation and miscommunication, they presented me wrong price in the offer, which I accepted. But when I came to the office and was going to sign the contract, the price was much higher than the offer, led to unpleasant discussions between me and the financial officer, who didn’t know the whole situation at that time. Mazda 495 did their own re-calculate and told me it was their mistake about the price, and there was nothing they could do to fill the huge pice gap between old and new deals. We solved this situation at the end. But it definitely damaged Mazda 495’s credibility and professionalism from my first time experience. More
