I really liked working with John Melchiore. He took me on an informative test drive, explaining the various features on the Outback that I was interested in purchasing. Not only was he amazing with getting us set up with our new car… he was also understanding when I arrived 30 minutes late to our scheduled appointment time due to the coordination of a ride to the dealership.
