The gentleman that I bought my car with, Michael, was great. Super responsive, willing to help, and knowledgeable. I was at first dealing with another salesperson, Victoria, but ended up switching to Mic great. Super responsive, willing to help, and knowledgeable. We had a bad experience with her being deceitful about the deposit and refunding it if the deal did not work out. So much so we almost took our business elsewhere, but Michael was honest and kept us there. Honesty in sales goes a long way. Everyone other than that was very attentive and nice on the phone when calling in. I am SUPER happy with the car and everything about the deal. I would definitely recommend Michael at north side Lexus. Another thing is they are going off MSRP. I looked into a Toyota dealership and they were marking up almost 5k on top of MSRP. I like the fact that they aren’t taking advantage of the current world and customers. Really great experience overall. More
