Great timing and great customer service. I left my vehicle overnight to be done for an oil change and the next morning i received the text my car was done very promptly after opening. Professional Service with a nice waiting area My experiences have been good so far with the Gates Service department. Each person I have spoken with has been professional. They recommend preventative items based off of the Camry specifications. And, there is a nice waiting area, which I can either work on my laptop or just enjoy whatever is on TV (or both). More

Transmission flush They did not try to pick my pocket with a "Front Differential Oil Change" as recommended by Toyota ! Good for Gates ! I took car in for checkup and nothing was wrong.. Everyone was very professional and oil change and other items were taken care of. Everyone was very professional. Purchased new 2020 RAV4 from Mike Fahey. One requirement was that it have a navigation system that did NOT have to run on my phone. Car came in, quickly received tutorial on car but at that point it was unc was that it have a navigation system that did NOT have to run on my phone. Car came in, quickly received tutorial on car but at that point it was unclear about the navigation in car. Went home and called Toyota for help then found out my version did not have that program. Husband went back to Gates - Mike F was out for surgery so Steve Miller assisted. Steve said he would look into finding us a car with what we wanted on it. We are now close to 4 weeks and have heard nothing. I also had to take car in for a software issue - Mike Ferrara helped with this. I mentioned that the car has a lot of rattle noises and I could bring it back for that - Mike just shrugged it off and said the car has a lot of plastic parts. I cannot begin to tell you the amount of cars we have purchased from Mike Fahey and have been completely thrilled but this time our experience has left a bad taste in our mouth. Every 4 years we buy a new vehicle and not sure that Gates will be our go to dealer all things considered. More

I was getting a price for a car and was not happy with the experience. I asked how much the loaner car was that I was given to use due to Warranty service needs on my car. The sales man barely talked wit the experience. I asked how much the loaner car was that I was given to use due to Warranty service needs on my car. The sales man barely talked with me. He did ask if I would be financing it and I said no I would pay the difference after my trade I have a 2015. The price was more than I planned to spend. I was very surprised to receive a letter from Toyota that I would have been refused for credit when I did not ask for it. The salesman ran a credit check that I did not know about. I have a credit score of 796 out of 900 and was turned down. What is that about. I have no debt, I own everything I have and make enough money and I was turned down? I did not ask or was told that your company was doing a credit check on me. He asked for my SS# I thought he was want to make sure he was not wasting his time on me, but he never said he was getting a report on my credit so it was done without my permission. And then I am turned down. I used to rave about the Southside Gates and love my RAV but it is going to take a lot for me to return. I will be looking for a new Toyota dealership and you are 3 miles from my house. I was just going to make an appointment to replace my 4 tires that was recommended at my service and received this letter But I can guarantee, You just lost the $500. Service due to that salesman. I am very sorry but that salesman need to gain customer service on 58 year old Women that look for cars without there husbands. I have always bought my own car, every 10 years I buy a new car with out my husband. But I will be shopping elsewhere. What is the credit score do you except? I am 100 points from the top and that’s not good enough for you. Really? OK More
