We live in California and allowed our daughter to have a car at school (University of Notre Dame) for the first time. Our son had been using our 2012 Toyota Corolla at Fort Leonard Wood, MO. When he was fin car at school (University of Notre Dame) for the first time. Our son had been using our 2012 Toyota Corolla at Fort Leonard Wood, MO. When he was finished there this past July, we needed to drive the car up to South Bend. I tried to get the required and necessary airbag recall work done in MO before the drive but several different dealers in MO either did not want to do the work or did not have the parts available to do it. We had to take the car up to South Bend in a potentially dangerous condition. We were able to get an appointment for the recall work with no problem and Gates was able to accommodate us when we arrived early but my husband felt we were treated a bit dismissively because of the work being done (non-revenue).
