Generally pleased with work, but not cleanliness. The mechanic left greasy hand prints on outside door handles, inside door handles, the glove compartment, the cloth of the passenger front seat. I hav The mechanic left greasy hand prints on outside door handles, inside door handles, the glove compartment, the cloth of the passenger front seat. I have yet to get it cleaned off, and felt that it was not at all professional. I saw the grease on the door handles while on the lot, but did not pay attention to the rest until I got home. By then, it was after service hours. I do not know the name of the mechanic, but would encourage him to wash his hands before entering the car. More

A Good day at Gates Toyota Mike was just wonderful to do business with. My wife's Selara needed a new timing belt and water pump and would have required a long wail. As always, excellent.!! I had an oil change and general all points inspection. Always efficient and prompt. They did not try to sell me other things for my car I did not ne I had an oil change and general all points inspection. Always efficient and prompt. They did not try to sell me other things for my car I did not need. I had trouble putting my license plate on the back of my car since the previous bolts were rusted. The Toyota service department was happy to oblige and was able to remove the old plate and put on my new one. I feel at home with this service center and recommend it to all my friends. I also went shopping for a new Camry while I was there. I was hoping for 0%finance but that offer was no longer available. They were offering 1.9% and some rebate type thing for Camrys. The salesman had a mask as did I and appeared sensitive to the Covid 19 issues. I also looked at the Rave and Highlander. We have had remarkable service from our 2012 Toyota from Gates. It has 110 miles on it and has been driven all over the United States. Only Gates Service has taken care of it. We would consider buying another Camry because of the service and quality that car. More

In and out fast with no problems. I was in for an oil change and it was easy in and out. During the visit, I was told I needed new wiper blades. This was also completed. As faith wo I was in for an oil change and it was easy in and out. During the visit, I was told I needed new wiper blades. This was also completed.
