Generally pleased with work, but not cleanliness. The mechanic left greasy hand prints on outside door handles, inside door handles, the glove compartment, the cloth of the passenger front seat. I have yet to get it cleaned off, and felt that it was not at all professional. I saw the grease on the door handles while on the lot, but did not pay attention to the rest until I got home. By then, it was after service hours. I do not know the name of the mechanic, but would encourage him to wash his hands before entering the car. More

A Good day at Gates Toyota Mike was just wonderful to do business with. My wife's Selara needed a new timing belt and water pump and would have required a long wail.
