excellent service same as the first Had several things done ; brake service, belts and battery. Everything accomplished in a timely and professional manner. Mr Ferrara scheduled and kept Had several things done ; brake service, belts and battery. Everything accomplished in a timely and professional manner. Mr Ferrara scheduled and kept me apprised of the situation. Required shuttle service to enable me to work from home and that was provided by a very pleasant gentleman. The time I spent in the service area I witnessed social distancing and surface cleaning by the service crew, I'm not an expert but they did seem to be complying with current recommendations. More

keeping me legal Michael helped me resolve my issue with not being able to remove the bolts holding my license plate on the car. Had oil changed while I was there and Michael helped me resolve my issue with not being able to remove the bolts holding my license plate on the car. Had oil changed while I was there and it was discovered my battery was on the way out and rear brakes were in need of repair, so not only keeping me legal but safe as well. Going in today to get necessary repairs. Thanks Michael More

Total mis diagnosis system had.80 psi at 60 deg outside Temp with 134a they claimed a leak (I have universal HVAC / freon lic) they then "filled it" to (they claimed 600 psi) finding a leak in the not runn Temp with 134a they claimed a leak (I have universal HVAC / freon lic) they then "filled it" to (they claimed 600 psi) finding a leak in the not running compressor. Duh! Unit may have bad clutch on compressor or bad low or high limit. But 600psi will cause automotive compressor to leak. I deserve a refund of my $149 to charge my already charged AC. More

I have never had any problem after repairs are completed; their shop specialists are very good. If you're not shopping based on cost, this is the best garage I know in Michiana -- better than any other dealer or repair garage, whatever the brand. I can say the same about the Gates Toyota auto body shop in Granger, with a positive exception -- they are excellent, thorough, and helpful, AND they are cost-competitive. If you (a customer) provide a review of the service you experience, be sure to go to the account Profile that will be created, and verify (or delete) all the ways that you will be recieving advertising email messages. The service center is, after all, part of a larger auto sales company. More

minor warranty repairs Gates staff clearly work hard to ensure a positive customer experience. The waiting area is clean, comfortable, spacious, and the coffee is fresh. Maintenance light came on 1500 miles early for service. Als I was greeted by Mike and he told me it would be an hour. When I returned he had sent me to Jacob who I scheduled the appt with on the phone The tech I was greeted by Mike and he told me it would be an hour. When I returned he had sent me to Jacob who I scheduled the appt with on the phone The tech was not able to duplicate the rear end noise but that was ok as they addressed it. Neither Mike nor Jacob had written down my concern about the maintenance required light coming on when it was not yet time to change the oil. It was reset by the person who did my oil change elsewhere and it was off but came on 3500 miles later. They both said that since I had the oil changed elsewhere that the dealer probably did not reset it correctly. Is there More than one way to reset it? They both obviously didn’t care. I guess they just want all oil changes done at Gates which is costly. I finally asked Mike to please show me how it should be reset. It looks like there is only one way to reset it but it just came on too early for some unknown reason. My previous visits have been great, nothing like this one. We trade in our vehicles every 3 years. Might have to check other dealerships next time. More
