We will see how things go as you are replacing my compressor because the diagnosis was a leak on the compressor when the compressor was not running when they tried to check the charge. Now after over pressurizing my system (according to the service person at the desk)the compressor that was not turning on leaks at the seals. Fortunately or not I had an aftermarket warranty but now I am stuck without a vehicle and I am a computer tech for schools. (essential personnel) Phone is 574156589

I don’t care to pursue this. I just wasn’t treated like they cared. They were more interested in stating I should use their service dept for oil changes and I stated it was too expensive. I’m sure the two employees I mentioned would know how they treated me. Thank you for addressing this.

I worked with Jacob when I scheduled the appt on the phone but he didn’t write down my concern that the MAINTENANCE REQUIRED light recently came on and it was reset at my oil change and that it shouldn’t have as I only drove 3500 Miles since my oil change and it’s not due until 5000 miles. I was concerned I needed some other kind of maintenance. Mike greeted me when I arrived but turned me over to Jacob when the car was finished, I guess because he scheduled my visit. I received my last oil change at Zolmans since my free ones at Gates were finished. Zolmans rotates the tires for free with synthetic oil change for $55.00. Gates unfortunately charges for rotating tires with an oil change which I was quoted a much higher price when I called. Thank you again for your concern.
