Realignment of rear sensor Mike Ferrara did a great job. He was very professional and friendly. The Body Shop apparently did not properly align the left rear sensor when I had Mike Ferrara did a great job. He was very professional and friendly. The Body Shop apparently did not properly align the left rear sensor when I had some minor damage repaired last summer. While it took some time to determine who was going to align the sensor, Mike kept me informed as to the status of the repair. In addition, he was helpful in getting the bill split between Service and me. In my opinion, I believe the Body Shop should have been responsible for the whole bill. In defense of the body shop, I must say that I have had several experiences with the Body Shop over the last several years and that the quality of their work has been excellent. More
