I can’t quite figure out why it's my problem that Acura can’t get the right part to replace in my car. My experience at Acura of Pembroke Pines can be summed up in one name: Kramer Fernandez. He was incredibly kind, went the extra mile, and was always willing to find a solution. In fact, even though we purcha in one name: Kramer Fernandez. He was incredibly kind, went the extra mile, and was always willing to find a solution. In fact, even though we purchased the vehicle back in April and only recently had to bring it in for a technical issue, Kramer was right there to assist us once again. The management and sales team were also excellent—very professional and fair during the negotiation process. I would definitely recommend them 100%. On the service side, the issue was resolved, but it took two weeks and there wasn’t much communication or explanation throughout the process. It feels like the team is still not fully prepared to service electric vehicles. My concern is that the car may experience further issues in the future, since I never had any problems with my previous Acura models, yet this new ZDX already required a two-week stay in the shop. More
