I recently purchased a 2024 MDX A Spec vehicle from Acura Pembroke Pines for my wife. After bringing the vehicle home, I noticed one of the chrome exhaust pipes did not appear level (symmetrical) with the o Pembroke Pines for my wife. After bringing the vehicle home, I noticed one of the chrome exhaust pipes did not appear level (symmetrical) with the other exhaust pipe. The vehicle was brought in to another dealer for a tire repair at which time I requested the exhaust pipe be straightened. The dealership indicated the car needed to go back to Pembroke Pines Acura. An appointment was made and I brought the car in and showed the issue to the service advisor Mike. Mike indicated the repair would be made without issue but that a new muffler needed to be ordered. The part was ordered and the repair made. I commend Mike and staff at Acura of Pembroke Pines in taking care of this issue without question. The same cannot be made of the other dealer whose name I am intentionally omitting. More

Dealing with the service department was very difficult and counterproductive. They do not seem to care about fixing the problem with your vehicle even when you have paid for the services.
