He gave me alot of marketing and financing information which turned out to be false. He even didn't disclose my lowest interest rates from banks because he knew he can trick you later, which, I assume, compensates some discounts or options he offered. Be aware, the final quotation he showed me didn't reflect what we have discussed. Reader may think I'm personally attacking him but you'll know what I'm talking about. You don't feel he's helping you out, instead you will see that this guy really want to sell a car no matter who you are and what you want. He may be a good sales rep for company but I didn't feel that way. He got really angry when I said I won't buy one (I wanted to go other dealers as well), so I decided never to come back. To be fair, Werner Mazda itself was a very comfortable place and has high standards, so just don't work with him, find other guy. More

He was thoroughly well-informed on every aspect of the car, from the engine to the electronic systems to the paint. After a very informative test drive, I was given the chance to consider multiple purchase and leasing options; and received a fair valuation on my trade-in. Mike then gave me a thorough tutorial on the car and the various ownership benefits that come with a new Mazda before I drove off in mine. Werner has a great "family" vibe, terrific waiting facilities, and an excellent reputation in the service department, which I'll be using for all scheduled maintenance - and based on Mazda's reliability ratings, not much else!
