Mislead and disrespected I was told the accord lx had Sirius XM radio. This and Bluetooth for my phone were the only two features I asked about and the salesman assured me th I was told the accord lx had Sirius XM radio. This and Bluetooth for my phone were the only two features I asked about and the salesman assured me they were included with the car we were working out a deal on. After two days and lots of waiting during the finance part of the sale....I find out as the salesman is walking me thru the cars features before I drive off in my new car. NO SIRIUS XM RADIO. "Oh sorry about that." I was offered a decent deal on an EX but still I wasn't willing to spend the additional 3,000 or so for the EX with how things were going. When we couldn't make another deal to make up for their mistake, we started refunding my down payment. $500 of which was a deposit swiped on my credit card. The sales MANAGER, Mike Kelley asked his salesman to jot down my cc info on a paper and they would process my refund later when they had time. When I expressed concern doing that, Mike was disrespectful and commented "woah, it's not like we are going use your card to throw an Xmas party". Not so professional, Mike. Really. I'm pretty sure writing down my cc info is not legal and when I object I don't think you should be condescending. Never again herb chambers. My family either. I'm a long time Honda lover and tomorrow I'm going to buy a nice new Altima. With SIRIUS RADIO! Jason More

When you are a woman with little knowledge of the mechanics of a car, it is comforting to know you are dealing with a trustworthy salesman and I had a sense of trust from talking with Anthony in helping find the right car for Brittany. Anthony made the entire experience of purchasing, along with trading in her car, effortless. I felt no car sales pressure, which I completely despise. Ricardo was great to deal with. I was waiting for my car that was having routine maintenance done. I did not plan on buying another Accord until the fall. I spoke to Ricardo about a test drive while I was that was having routine maintenance done. I did not plan on buying another Accord until the fall. I spoke to Ricardo about a test drive while I was waiting for the maintenance to be finished on my old Accord. I came back the next day and bought a 2013 Accord. Ricardo was polite ,professional and low key no pressure at all. He gave me a good price on the new 2013 Accord. Mike Kelley helped with the trade in value of my 2006 Accord to make the deal work. I would send people I know to Ricardo to buy a Honda. It was a positive experience. Lee in finance was good to deal with as well. More
