The customer service is horrible. I was disrespected by the service manager when inquiring about the status of my vehicle. He responded to my inquiry by telling me to pick up my car, I was disrespected by the service manager when inquiring about the status of my vehicle. He responded to my inquiry by telling me to pick up my car, despite the recall not being completed, and never return. He claimed that this was due to him listening to me disrespect his staff over the phone. However, after talking with the general manager (Graham) and service director (TJ), I learned that a service consultant, who was different than the one that I consistently worked with, lied to the service manager. He claimed that I called him a flunkie when I requested to speak to the manager about my vehicle since it was not ready when I was told it would be, and the communication I received from him was unclear and unhelpful. Although Graham and TJ were very helpful in getting my car serviced, my follow-up conversation with the service consultant (he said his name was Joe) was even more disrespectful. When I inquired about my usage of the word flunkie, he shared that it was his interpretation of me requesting to speak to a manager about my vehicle. He also tried to justify his blatant lie by accusing me of barking at him on the phone. As a black man, I find being likened to a dog EXTREMELY disrespectful seeing that I have done nothing but engage Family Hyundai with respect - even when consistently being disrespected by members of their team. The only reason I would not rate the dealership very poor on all categories is due to the consistent high-quality customer service that I have received from Crystal every time. More

Horrible customer service, and even worse service department. Every time I had to bring my car in for service it turns into a nightmare. The car is there for way too long just for diagnosis and to department. Every time I had to bring my car in for service it turns into a nightmare. The car is there for way too long just for diagnosis and to be told that they had to order parts and I’ll have to bring it back a second time which again takes way longer than it should. And I have to hassle with them for a loaner vehicle which I am entitled to in my platinum warranty but they say they don’t have any. 0 out of 10 will never do business with Family Hyundai again nor will I recommend them to anyone but I 100% will advise against doing business with family Hyundai every chance I get! More
