It took 3 days for the warranty company to be contacted about the car’s issue then it took another week for the adjuster to come see the car. I asked for a loaner for 11 days and was told there were none. about the car’s issue then it took another week for the adjuster to come see the car. I asked for a loaner for 11 days and was told there were none. So I had to reset a car for 11 days then was given a loaner. The service department is not good at answering the phone as I had to call multiple times to get an update on my car. My car was at the dealership for 25 days. More
