I really hate looking for new cars. I dont do it very often, but everytime I do, its usually very irritating. This time was no different. I looked all over town and really didn't feel i was being treated often, but everytime I do, its usually very irritating. This time was no different. I looked all over town and really didn't feel i was being treated right. Customer service was never a car salesperson strong point from my experience. I really didnt intend on buying a car when i went into this dealership. I just wanted to see if i fit in the car and if the price was doable for my family. I wasn't in the mood for any dealer shenanigans, and quite honestly, to my surprise, I didnt get that here. I worked with Micheal Krum. He was fantastic!! He was very upfront about everything, he was extremely nice and friendly, and he listened to me (he brought me a car that showed he listened). He was also very good about demonstrating all the features at delivery...which I appreciated. I truly appreciated his style and salesmanship and recommend using him if you are buying a new kia. I also very much appreciated the manager Ryan Wondra. He really did a great job too. More
