I have been to 5 car dealers and 6 car in the past and I have never experience a salesmanship like James, excellent! Overall it was a very positive experience. However when I picked up the car I had to wait an hour to meet with the finance manager without explanation. Then the car had less than half a tank o However when I picked up the car I had to wait an hour to meet with the finance manager without explanation. Then the car had less than half a tank of gas in it. I have always received my car from a dealer with a full tank of gas. There was no offer of a free oil change or anything else for the extra time I had to wait for the process to be completed. That would have been a nice gesture. A week later the car had to be serviced and I was not offered a loaner car. So not a perfect start to our customer-dealer relationship. I will say the service manager was extremely pleasant and professional. Rob, the salesman was also very pleasant. More
