Everything was fine with just one exception, the car was not to have a front plate on it. But when I picked up the car, they put the bracket on the front. But Sarant Cadillac is going to repair the front bu not to have a front plate on it. But when I picked up the car, they put the bracket on the front. But Sarant Cadillac is going to repair the front bumper, and they are doing the right thing. Problems happen in life, but it's how they are handled that makes a real professional . So, over all I am happy with Sarant Cadillac. More

From my initial visit in 2019 to date I cannot say enough about the attention, treatment, care and respect I receive ANY time I walk through ANY door at Sarant Cadillac. My most recent visits have been espec about the attention, treatment, care and respect I receive ANY time I walk through ANY door at Sarant Cadillac. My most recent visits have been especially heartfelt and appreciated!! Alexander (Mr. Bowen respectfully and professionally) began working on my case in 2022. From that time to date, he has advocated for and worked with me throughout (what I feel) was a very unique and, at times, stressful sale. ALWAYS pleasant, ALWAYS available, and ALWAYS willing to support and FINALLY achieved a satisfying outcome. I do not take these reviews lightly-they are important for the customer, the salesperson as well as the dealership. Purchasing a vehicle involves a lot of time, thought and, MONEYy!!!!
