I had an appointment at 7:45 am & was told to be sure & be in time. I was there exactly on time but no one got to me until 8:20 am I was told a shuttle could take me home & was leaving in three minutes. Fi be in time. I was there exactly on time but no one got to me until 8:20 am I was told a shuttle could take me home & was leaving in three minutes. Fifteen minutes later I checked & was told that the shuttle had left & had also left one other person behind. Thankfully a service tech called Lyft for me. About four hours later instead of calling me the service tech emailed about the problem with my vehicle. If I had not been on the internet I would have never known he had tried to contact me. Aside from that the part needed for my vehicle is on back order & there is no known time line as to when it will be in. . More

Michael Lyman was the best service writer I've experienced at the dealership. Excellent communication, kept me informed with progress of repair, explained everything and answered all question.
