He has been working with me Hello, my name is Harriette Holmes. I just purchased a car from Phillips Chevy. My sales person is Michael Stramaglia. He has been working with me since mid December to get me in a good car. He has stayed in touch with me while I have been working towards getting an approval from my attorney to purchase a new car. He has been nothing but honest, forthright and up front about what can and can not be done. On top of this, your finance manager Mike treated me like a human being and not crap. I truly was so appreciative for not being beat up about my credit due to unforeseen circumstances. Back to wonderful Mike S., when I finally received the letter, he was able to get me in a beautiful car the next day. On top of that, they are detailing the car, providing me with new brakes and tires. I have never seen customer service like this before. I will be purchasing all my cars from Phillips Chevy and especially Mike. I value great customer service and honesty and you have a exceptional employee in him.
